Waiting for the Night to Fall

March and April seem to be when all of my favorite bands are releasing their new music, and Depeche Mode is no exception. I have been totally enamored with Depeche for what seems like FOREVER, and I'm finally getting my fix by the release of their new single from "Sounds of the Universe" due out April 20th.

The video is classic DM weirdness, but that's one of the reasons why I love them so much. That, and the fact that Dave Gahan spent most of my late childhood in tight white denim. Ahhhh memories....

It's About F*****G Time!

So, I have been patiently awaiting new music from one of my favorite bands, The Yeah Yeah Yeah's, and the wait was well worth it. Their calling the new record "It's Blitz", and apparently, it's ridiculously easy to find on the internet. It leaked. I found. Considering it's not releasing until April, someones HEAD Will Roll. Pun Intended. But needless to say, the album is freaking AMAZING! I can't seem to figure out how to post music on the blog yet, but their promo songs can be found here:

First Comes First

Well, obviously this is my first post, so things might look a bit elementary. Hopefully over the life of this blog (and when I finally figure out how this blogging thing works), things will get/look progressively better, and hopefully evolve into something genuinely interesting. I am using this blog to rant about my favorite music, fashion, and various other inspirations in hopes of inspiring myself, as well as anyone else who stumbles across this mess. Let the show begin!
