Cried Like A Baby
This afternoon I watched the movie "My Sisters Keeper", and everyone around me was crying. The last movie I Really cried in was "Into The Wild". I admit, I cried like a baby. Anyway, even though I LOVE Cameron Diaz, I just don't think she's that great of an actress. So I didn't expect to be moved emotionally from this movie. Well, Cameron still wasn't that good, but it was the two girls were who played the sisters who really drove home the emotion. I was blown away by their acting. *sobbing continues*. You HAVE to go see this movie. I'm sure those of you who read the book will say it's not as good(I usually always say that about movies made from books), but for those of you who haven't read the book yet, like me, you will really enjoy it......Running off to buy book at the discount book exchange.

Down The Rabbit Hole
As everyone knows, my husband is Johnny Depp and his "marriage" to Vanessa Paradis is just for publicity;) With that said, stills from the much anticipated Alice in Wonderland were released today and I couldn't be more giddy. I love me some Tim Burton, and was glad to learn that the movie is actually based on Alice Through The Looking Glass (the 2nd book) and not Alice in Wonderland. It made me THAT much more excited. *Thanks Alexandra Jane!!!

Vincent
I just finished watching a random showing of Beetlejuice on tv, when I got to thinking about how much I love Tim Burton. Out of all the movies he's made or been a part of, I can only think of only one that I didn't enjoy (Planet Of The Apes...Mark Wahlberg..Really?). I think it has to do with his movies being ingrained in my childhood, or, our mutual adoration of my husband Johnny Depp and his delightfully morbid undertones. Sweeny Todd, Sleepy Hollow, Mars Attacks, Nightmare Before Christmas, the only 2 good Batman movies before Christian Bale, Edward Scissorhands, Pee-Wees Big Adventure, James and The Giant Peach. I could go on, but I think these should suffice. Tim Burton movie marathon anyone?? Just throwing that idea out there.

NYC Excursion
I am back from a business trip to New Jersey. I'm kind of excited because this time around, we finished a little early and were able to go into the city! I hadn't been in 2 years. I managed to do a tiny bit of shopping, but was mainly constricted to the Upper West side (which I couldn't afford). Booo! I really can't complain because the trip WAS on the company's dollar. Anyway, you take what you can get. Next time I go up there, I HAVE to get below 14th. There is too much shopping to be had in SoHo.
P.S.
If you were watching the Today's show Thursday, around the Kathy Lee and Hoda hour, you probably caught the hood of my jacket bobbing up and down behind a random tall guy. I had to jump in order to get on camera. Fun touristy times!

I like Erin Wasson just as much as everyone else, but I've always thought Daria was much more cool. She doesn't come across as a tool, the way Wasson sometimes does. I don't know, that's just my opinion.

Sinful Attraction
So Amazing!! I bought tickets to see Tori's "Sinful Attraction" tour in July today! I can't wait!! Her last tour was amazing, so I know this one is going to be even better. I really really like her new material(well I guess I like anything she puts out). And it's always fun to see an artist whom you've been a fan of since you were young, and as they say..true love lasts a life time.

New Purchase
I hate summer and having to buy "summer clothes" (fall is waaay more fab), but that didn't stop me from ordering this amazing maxi dress from f21. Love it!
